Legalities
- All levy payments must be received 90 days prior to the week commencement date.
- Should the levy payment not be made on time an additional R100 administration
fee will be charged for late payment(Allow for postal delays)
- Confirmations of Rental Pool, Private Arrangements & Spacebanking are subject to
levies being settled in full 90 days in advance of week owned.
- Cheques and Credit card payments are welcome. For Direct Deposits, please ensure
that the account number has been quoted. Please fax a copy of the deposit slip
to 031 561 2280 or email susang@breakersresort.co.za
- Spacebanking of units with RCI are subject to levies having been paid in full,
failing which, your unit will be blocked and all future Spacebanking and
exchanges may be jeopardised.
