Payment TERMS
· All levy payments must be received 90 days prior to the week commencement date.
· Should the levy payment not be made on time an additional R100 administration fee will be charged for late payment,(Allow for postal delays)
· Confirmations of Rental Pool, Private Arrangements & Spacebanking are subject to levies being settled in full 90 days in advance of week owned.
· Cheques and Credit card payments are welcome. For Direct Deposits, please ensure that the account number has been quoted. Please fax a copy of the deposit slip to 031 561 2280 or email susang@breakersresort.co.za
· Spacebanking of units with RCI are subject to levies having been paid in full, failing which, your unit will be blocked and all future Spacebanking and exchanges may be jeopardised.

Owner
Should you intend to occupy your week, please ensure that your levy is settled on time.
Spacebank (RCI)
Spacebanking with RCI is subject to your levy being settled in full, RCI may be contacted on 011 258 1000.
Private arrangement
Should you intend to rent out your week privately or allow someone else to occupy, please settle your levy on time and complete the Private Arrangement form that may be found on our website.
- The written Rental Pool request must reach the resort not less that 90 days prior to the week commencement date together with your levy payment.
- The owner remains responsible for the levy payment, which must be received prior to the unit being place in the rental pool.
- Ensure that your unit has not been space banked prior or subsequent to requesting Rental Pool as this will be given preference over rental pool requests.
- At the end of each week the total income received is divided by the number of units in the rental pool giving a dividend per unit.
- A percentage for marketing and administration expenses is deducted and your share is sent to you.
- Confirmation that your unit has been placed in the Rental Pool is subject to you receiving written confirmation from the resort.
